To Make a Difference:

Being a REALTOR® allows me to make a difference in the lives of the people I serve. There is nothing quite like handing the keys to a new homeowner or the victory of assisting a seller to move forward with life plans. My aim is to get you there.

Buying and selling a home is said to be one of the most stressful events in a person’s life, and for good reason. So many things can go wrong in a real estate transaction and so much money is at stake. Aside from that, the timing has to work out “just right” to avoid being homeless for any length of time. My purpose is to ease the pain.

Who better to have on your side? I take my job seriously as if it is my own time and money at stake. With that in mind, I begin with the end in mind. As a former teacher and coach, I know proper prior planning prevents poor performance. Our strategy session will put a plan in place to set your mind at ease and increase your chance for success. My job is to map the plan.

Armed with a plan, set up for success, the next piece of the puzzle is to carry it through. My schooling at Gonzaga University taught me how to research, problem-solve, and use logic to carry out a plan. These tools are essential as I navigate the negotiations and transactions to get it closed on your behalf. My mission is completion in the right amount of time for the right amount of money with the least stress possible.
